The Verizon iPhone

The Verizon Iphone 4 has 4 notches for its external antenna. It's not really to address any of the hardware issues but it was configured in such a way to run on CDMA network or Verizon's network (EV-DO 3G). 

Other new features include the capabilities of the CDMA iPhone 4 to act as a mobile 3G hotspot for up to five devices.

"It'll come with an iOS-specific version of Verizon 3G Mobile Hotspot app that folks have been enjoying on their Droids for many moons now pre-installed -- allowing for laptops, tablets and the like to get online via iPhone without a pesky cord." - Engadget

The phone will be available starting  February 10th for the standard $199 price for the 16GB model on a two year agreement, $299 for the 32GB version

The Xperia Play

The Playstation phone may not see the light for a while yet but it has had more leaks than anything else i can remember. A chinese site (or was it japanese) has even had a full in-depth review of the phone already and has compared it side by side with other devices that are in the market and even some that are yet to come.

Most of the specs are not yet official but the speculations include Aa Qualcomm Adreno 205 GPU (video card) paired with a 1GHz Snapdragon QSD8255 CPU (processor), a 4-inch, 854 x 480 resolution LCD, a 5 megapixel camera, a noise-cancelling secondary mic in ther ear, Android 2.3 "Gingerbread" for the OS, and a game launcher app called "PlayStation Pocket".

The Tablet Era: From 10 in 2010 to 35+ in 2011

I think 2011 will be the year of tablets, from 4.5inches all the way to 14inches. Some won't be available till later this year but at least we have a glimpse of how 2011 will be for modern tech.

Is this the Sony Xperia Arc?

Leaks are coming out here and there and the latest one is a juicy one. A Russian site "Gagadget" has found images of what would appropriately be what Sony Ericsson has given the name "Arc" thanks to it's curved backside. The specs rumored are 1ghz processor, 4.2inch 854x480 resolution, Android 2.3, 8mp with HD recording and all that in a body which is only 8.7mm at its thinnest point. Watch out for it's unveiling within the next 48 hours.

New Year Fireworks at the World's tallest tower!

"Dubai stole the new year celebrations show as the world’s tallest building Burj Khalifa presented an unprecedented spectatle of fireworks.
